What is the object of the game?

To predict the final sales price of the home.

How do I play the game?

Choose a location to get started and we serve up a set of no more than 10 homes in game. To formulate your guess, check out the photos, read the description, and analyze recent sales. Drag the cartoon house and press ‘Guess’.

What is my PropertyIQ?

The PropertyIQ measures how well you predict sales price.

How is the PropertyIQ Calculated?

On homes for sale, your IQ is based on the Community Prediction. On sold homes, your IQ is recalculated based on the actual sale price.

What is the Community Prediction?

The Community Prediction is our prediction of the final sales price of a home based on all player predictions. The price prediction, including the home value prediction, is not a representation or warranty of a home’s value, nor an opinion regarding the value of the home. All values and price predictions are merely part of the Price Me Now game and are not intended as an assessment of a home’s value, and should not be relied upon as such.

What is the List Price?

The List Price is the price the homeowner and/or agent have listed as the sales price. This is also referred to as the ‘asking price’.

Who are all those people on the sidewalk after I price?

Those are the guesses of the last five people who have priced that house.

How do I track the homes I have played?

Click your player name to see the homes you have played.

How do I see homes others have played?

Go to Players, click the player card to see their homes.

When will you have homes near me?

We are busy adding new locations. Click here to tell us where you want to play.
